Kathy Harrell-Latham is a seasoned legal and operations strategist with more than 15 years of experience advising organizations through growth, transformation, and compliance challenges. She brings a rare combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and hands-on leadership developed through roles as a fractional COO, consultant, and economic development advocate.
As founder of IGVI Legal PLLC, Kathy offers a collaborative approach to general counsel services, rooted in her passion for helping small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed. She’s advised early-stage startups, mid-sized companies, nonprofits, and founders navigating complex transitions. Her legal practice is enhanced by a background in regulatory compliance, HR strategy, and project management—giving her clients more than just legal answers, but actionable insight.
Kathy is also an entrepreneur who has launched and led several businesses including IGVYI Consulting, providing fractional Chief Operations Officer and business consulting services, and The Contingent Plan, serving job seekers. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to building strong organizations and resilient, healthy communities.
