At IGVI Legal, we offer flexible, business-focused legal support that grows with you. Our fractional GC services give you access to experienced legal counsel on a part-time or project basis at a predictable rate. Clients with active GC packages can also receive additional services on an hourly or flat fee basis as needed. Keep reading for more information on the package levels and pricing. Fractional General Counsel Packages & Pricing

Core Counsel ($1250/month)

Up to 2 hours per month to be used in meetings (with employees, leadership, investors, vendors, etc.) or providing legal services (i.e., research, reviews, drafting, etc.)
Review of 2 contracts per month (under 20 pages each)
Review of 1 policy or program (i.e. background checks, procurement, compliance, credit, risk, etc.)
Annual check-in
Hours cannot be rolled over to the next month in this package level and must be used within the month they become available.
Fielding quick questions, scheduling, and other general email/phone support
Eligible for 5% discount on all additional hours on the standard rate (attorney and staff)

Growth Counsel ($2,000/month)

Up to 4 hours to be used in meetings (i.e., with investors, employees, executives, vendors, etc.) or providing legal services (research, drafting, etc.)
Review, drafting, or negotiation of up to 4 agreements per month (under 20 pages each or total of 80 contract/deal pages)
Drafting, review, or providing training on a program or policy to maintain alignment with legal compliance standards (i.e. contracts, HR, product, vendors, etc.)
Includes annual and quarterly reviews as needed of a business, risk, or compliance matter (up to 1 per month)
Identification, vetting, selection, and management of services rendered by outside counsel or specialists including litigation, patent/IP, local counsel handling matters, etc.
Able to rollover up to 1 hour per month.
Able to communicate via email or phone for quick questions, scheduling, and other support matters
Eligible for up to 10% off the standard hourly rate for any additional services rendered in any month (for additional time or support by attorney or staff)

Premier Counsel ($5,000/month)

Up to 10 hours per month to be used as preferred in meetings (i.e., investors, leadership, employees, vendors, partners, etc.) or providing legal services (research, drafting, etc.)
Review, drafting, or negotiation of up to 6 agreements per month (each under 20 pages or a total of 120 deal document pages)
Full management of agreed policies or programs across the lifecycle from drafting and editing to post-implementation auditing/improvement
Full management of business, risk, and compliance review processes including leadership of cross-functional teams comprised of internal and external resources of agreed risks, compliance, or business matters.
Full management of outside counsel or specialists in legal matters across the US including litigation, patent/IP, tax, local counsel
Able to rollover up to 3 hours per month
Able to communicate via email or phone for quick questions, scheduling and other support matters
Eligible for up to 15% off the standard hourly rate for any additional services rendered in any month (for additional time or support by attorney or staff)
